We take payment via Paypal and can accept Visa Debit, Visa Credit, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo cards.
How and when will my All Things Brighton Beautiful purchases be delivered?
Your order will be sent via Royal Mail or Interlink depending on the value and size of your order.
International Postage is charged depending on location.
We aim to deliver most Standard Delivery orders within two to four business days. Delivery time will be longer for orders outside of the UK.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Yes. What is your returns policy?
We will guarantee you a full money-back refund within 14 days of purchase on any item, as long as it is in its original packaging and condition.
How do I return goods?
We are unable to process refunds or exchanges unless the following information is included with your return.

2 Ordering customer name, if different to your own
3 Email and telephone contact details
4 Details of the website/company your order was originally placed with

Return postage costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty.

How long might a refund take?
Upon receipt of such items we will action using the same method of payment. Depending on the credit card/debit card used for the transaction the refund will take between 1-7 days. The card or Paypal account used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus any delivery charges (exceptions may apply).
